Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged – please take photographs (including packaging) and email to me as I will need to claim for compensation via Royal Mail. Likewise, if your order does not arrive and you suspect it has got lost – please email me.
Refunds
Should you be eligible for a refund, we will discuss the options available to arrange this for you.
Exchanges
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would prefer a replacement item to a refund, please contact me to discuss this option.
